Fashion: Carolina Herrera

When I first came across Carolina Herrera's new Spring 2011 collection, I was blown away! The designs are completely unlike the other gowns out there right now. The detailing, fabrics, and silhouettes are just stunning and have a wonderful victorian and vintage vibe! The collection is actually inspired and named for famous women of the past, which I absolutely love!

I'm loving the statement on the site: the "collection is homage to the daring style and unique vision of these painters, poets, dancers, photographers, models, sculptresses, and explorers. The individuality, intelligence, and beauty, possessed by these creative women had a significant impact on the world in which they lived. Each has left an uncommon and distinct mark on history which still resonates in our modern world."

Such a beautiful inspiration for these amazing gowns!

This last gown is so elegant and gorgeous! I am also quite enamored with that stunning one sleeved number with the red bouquet! Wow!! I love all of these lush fabrics!

She also has some glamourous non-white gowns for the bride looking for something different!

What do you think? Which one is your fave??
