ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments. I (the groom) used a hollow curtain rod that had rubber end caps and jute string for the frame. The quilt was made by my wife's late, great aunt and her mother helped us sew a sleeve on the back of the quilt. Then the jute was thrown over a limb and the tassel was attached to finish it off. Cost about $5 all together.
